Offer to cook delicious and healthy dish of meat and vegetables. It does not require application of large quantities of effort. The only drawback is quickly eaten.
Ingredients for Meat under a fur coat
- Pork - 400 g
- Sauce-marinade - 5 tbsp
- Onion - 1 piece
- Carrots - 1 piece
- Beets - 1 piece
- Potatoes - 3 PCs
- Vegetable oil - 2 tbsp
- Seasoning - 1/2 tsp.
Step by step instruction of cooking Meat under a fur coat
The meat is chopped, add sauce - kikkoman teriyaki marinade, leave to marinate for 2 hours.
Form for baking grease with vegetable oil, put the meat.
On top put a layer of carrots, grated on a grater, and onion cut into rings.
Put the grated beets.
Potatoes cut into thin slices. Add seasoning, salt and vegetable oil and stir so that all slices were oiled.
Distribute potatoes on top, trying to evenly and completely shut down the beet layer. Place in oven and bake 30-40 minutes at 200°C.
