The recipe for this soup was impromptu - but I left the head, tail and a couple pieces of catfish. I really wanted a very easy soup, and in the framework of the contest, I also experimented with soy sauce. I'm glad my experiment coincided with the international day of soup.

Step by step instruction of cooking Fish soup with soy sauce

Leeks cut into half rings, carrot grate on a coarse grater, ginger into small.

Fry the onions on rastitelno oil until Golden brown, add the carrots, mix everything, season with a little salt and pepper, add coriander, mix again and continue to cook a few minutes until cooked carrots.

Cut the potatoes into small cubes. From the broth to take out the finished fish, and the broth add the potatoes, bring to boil and add washed rice.

Again bring to a boil, add grated ginger and soy sauce. Continue to cook until the rice is tender.

The fish is cleaned from skin and bones.

Parsley finely chopped. In the soup add the roast and parsley, bring to boil, cover with lid, and let to stew for 5 minutes.

Serve with sour cream and finished with slices of fish. Really goes well with black bread.
