- Minced meat - 800 g

- Chicken egg - 1 piece
- Potatoes - 2 PCs
- Onion - 2 PCs
- Sunflower oil
Step by step instruction of cooking Meat bombs with a surprise
Prepare some of our ingredients.
Mushrooms fried with onions. Season with a little salt. To add spice to the mushrooms.
In fried mushrooms, add soy sauce, 2 tablespoons of sour cream. All mix well, saute for 3-4 minutes.
In forcemeat add salt, spices, egg.
On a coarse grater, grate 1 onion into small potatoes. Stir it carefully.
In a frying pan in sunflower oil to fry our bombs only on one side.
Put bombs in a baking dish. Do deepen.
