Ingredients for Two versions of green pea soup
- Peas - 400 g
- Potatoes - 3 PCs
- Onion - 1 piece
- Carrots - 1/2 PCs

- Vegetable oil - 3 tbsp.

Step by step instruction of cooking Two versions of green pea soup
Green split peas, "Oregon" TM Mistral rinse, cover with cold water, put on fire, bring to boil, reduce the heat and cook on a slow fire.
Onion, bell pepper, petiolate celery finely chopped, carrots grate on a grater.
Put vegetables in a pan with vegetable oil and simmer over low heat until almost cooked.
While the peas cooked and the vegetables roast, make the croutons.
I cut some pieces of loaf and rye bread into small cubes, put on a baking tray lined with baking paper. Sprinkle bread with salt, dried garlic and paprika, put it in the oven on a very small fire.
When the peas begin to soft after boiling, add salt and put peeled and sliced potatoes.
After 10 minutes, put in soup, steamed veggies. Stir and cook for another 10 minutes.
While the soup cook a little longer, cut into julienne smoked chicken breast.
Ready soup remove from heat and blend until smooth. To taste add salt and spices (I have a black pepper and curry) and again bring to boil. The soup is ready.
