Ingredients for Carp with Basil and potatoes
- Fish - 1 piece
- Soy sauce - 1 tsp.
- Potatoes - 2 PCs
- Basil - 0.5 tsp.
- Sour cream - 1 tbsp
- Bread crumbs - 0,5 stack.
Step by step instruction of cooking Carp with Basil and potatoes
Carp cleaned of scale and remove the intestines. Well wash it in running water from the tap. Sprinkle the fish with Kikkoman soy sauce, sprinkle with nutmeg and allspice. Leave the fish in the fridge for 30 minutes.
Peel the potatoes and cut into cubes. Season with salt to taste and mix with Basil.
Fish taken from the refrigerator and fill with potatoes.
Smear the fish with two sides of sour cream...
... and sprinkle with breadcrumbs.
