Yesterday I prepared this cake recipe from a magazine. He referred to the festive baking for Christmas, but I think will be good for every day. Help yourself.
Ingredients for Traditional honey cake
- Flour - 450 g
- Leavening agent - 1.5 tsp.
- Soda - 1.5 tsp.
- Cocoa powder - 40 g
- Chicken egg - 4 PCs
- Powdered sugar - 350 g
- Vegetable oil - 180 g
- Honey - 500 g
Step by step instruction of cooking Traditional honey cake
In a separate bowl, mix all the ingredients for the dry mixture. For a liquid mixture, plug the mixer in another bowl all the required ingredients. Beat the mixture until smooth.
Mix the dry ingredients with the liquid. Pour the batter into the prepared baking dish (greased and floured). Bake the pie for 1 hour at 180 degrees (I have an electric oven, be guided by your own).
When baking it is very raised. The finished cake let cool.
Once cooled, remove from the mold and serve.
