- Salmon - 350 g
- Figure - 300 g
- Shallots - 4 PCs
- Egg white - 2 PCs
- Soy sauce - 2 tbsp

- Mushrooms - 250 g
- Flour - 1 tsp.
- Cream - 200 ml
- Vegetable oil

Salmon fillets (rinsed and dried) finely slice and then chop on a cutting Board. Finely chop the two onions of the shallot. Combine rice+fish minced meat+chopped onion+egg whites (thawed in advance) in a lot of stir in the soy sauce.
From the resulting meat to form meatballs (about 10-12 pieces), put in the pan steamer, steam for 30 minutes.
