- Butter - 50 g
Step by step instruction of cooking Marble cake yeast
A lot of ingredients, but the cake cooked very easily. In the bucket of CPS sift the flour, add the yeast TM "SAF-moment" and mix.
Add the remaining ingredients, the milk should be slightly warm (not hot!), and the butter is room temperature (you can put 30 seconds in the microwave). Enable"Dough".
If not HP, then mix the flour with the yeast, add all the remaining ingredients, knead the dough until smooth, cover with a towel and put in warm place to increase in volume in 2 times
While preparing the dough prepare the filling and topping. For poppy-seed filling in the pan (I cooked it in the slow cooker), mix poppy seeds, butter, milk, sugar, lemon zest, and bring to a boil.
Pour semolina and cook for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Remove from heat, add egg yolk and cognac. Quickly stir and leave to cool-the filling is ready
For cottage cheese filling mix the cottage cheese, sugar, vanilla, milk and refrigerate
For topping in a bowl pour the flour, sugar, cinnamon, wanyin. Add the melted butter and hands grind into crumbs
Coming up the dough on the work surface, it is good to press down, releasing the extra air. Roll out to size of the form (I form 22cm to 30cm, pre-lubricated) and using a rolling pin to transfer it. Spread the dough, shaping low sides
Now back to the cheese stuffing. Protein vzbit in a solid foam and combine with the previously prepared cottage cheese, stirring gently with the back of a spoon (!)
Spread fillings -poppy seed, Apple, cheese, poppy, Apple, cottage cheese, etc 1 tsp each

Sprinkle stroitelnoy crumbs. Bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for 25-30 minutes (focus on your oven)until dry matches
