- Oyster mushrooms - 200 g
- Potatoes - 2 PCs
- Carrots - 1 piece
- Onion - 1 piece
- Green onions - Four
- Cellophane - 100 g
- Soy sauce - 6 tbsp.
- Oyster sauce - 2 tbsp
- Garlic - 4 the tooth.
- Ginger - 1 tsp.
- Black pepper
- Salt - 1 tsp.
- Chili - 1 tsp.
- Wine rice - 2 tbsp
- Water - 600 ml
- Sesame oil - 1 tbsp

One of the main ingredients in this dish - soy sauce "Kikkoman".
Prepare the sauce which will be poured the chicken.
