Great dinner of succulent chicken breast with cheese, fried in breadcrumbs. Repulsed fillet marinated in Kikkoman sauce and spices, it becomes very tender and delicious!

- Chicken fillet - 5 PCs
- Soy sauce - 5 tbsp
- Paprika sweet - 1 tsp.
- A mixture of spices - 0.5 tsp.
- Lime - 1 tsp.
- Salt - 0.5 tsp.
- Pepper lemon - 0.5 tsp.
- Curry - 0.5 tsp.
- Cheese - 50 g
- Bread crumbs - 200 g
- Chicken egg - 2 PCs
- Vegetable oil - 100 ml
- Sugar - 0.5 tsp.
- Chili - 1 tsp.
Step by step instruction of cooking Chicken envelope with cheese
Chicken defrosts, and softened tenderizer (with a hammer).
Prepare the marinade. In a Cup, mix soy sauce, Kikkoman and all the spices, add salt and sugar.
Each fillet were coated with marinade on both sides and leave for 30 minutes to marinate, if time allows, you longer.
Cheese cut into squares, put the half fillet and cover with the second half (folded in half, and inside the cheese).
Now in a bowl pour the breadcrumbs, and the other will beat into a soft mousse 2 eggs.
