Krantz (crunch) is a twisted yeast cake. Offer you such a wonderful Krantz with cinnamon to your Easter table
Ingredients for Krantz with cinnamon
- Flour - 700 g
- Yeast - 1 package.
- Chicken egg - 2 PCs
- Sugar - 1 Cup.
- Butter - 100 g
- Milk - 350 ml
- Vegetable oil - 4 tbsp
- Cinnamon - 2 tsp.
Step by step instruction of cooking Krantz with cinnamon
To the flour add yeast "SAF-moment"
Now in milk dissolve salt and sugar, add it to the flour, add eggs and soft butter, knead dough
The dough to stay 2 times, abenaim it.
Now roll out a layer, grease it with butter, sprinkle with cinnamon sugar, turn the roulade
Roll cut lengthwise into 2 parts
Put in a greased cake pan and allow to stand for about 30 minutes for proofing. Bake at 160 degrees for about 25 minutes (focus on your oven)
