Chicken fillet grind in a meat.
Carrots to grate on cucumbers, onions finely chop. To spaserovat on the water, and at the end add a little oil, salted and pepper to taste.
Pre-boil the bulgur.
Mix chicken mince, bulgur, a mixture of carrots and onions, egg. Add a couple of tablespoons of yogurt (or sour cream) (optional) and dill. All season with salt and pepper, form balls and place in a baking dish. Place in oven and bake for 15-20 minutes.
