Ingredients for Braised lamb with chickpeas
- Lamb - 600 g
- Soy sauce - 3 tbsp.
- Onion - 1 piece
- Chickpeas - 150 g
- Potatoes - 5 PCs
- Pasta pepper - 2 tbsp
- Salt - 1 tbsp
Step by step instruction of cooking Braised lamb with chickpeas
Rinse chickpeas, cover with water and leave overnight.
Wash lamb, place in pan, cover with cold water, add salt and boil until soft.
Clean the potatoes and cut in half
Onion cut into half rings
Remove the meat from the pot, remove bones, add onions, soy sauce and stir.
In a separate pan pour the broth, put the potatoes and chickpeas.
Add pepper paste, turmeric, cover and simmer for 10 min.
In the end, add the meat, stir and simmer until tender, until the liquid to evaporate
Dinner ready sprinkle with fresh herbs.
