Step by step instruction of cooking Flowers-coasters eggs
Mix milk, sugar, yeast and a little flour. This is our sourdough. Leave it in a warm place for 20-30 minutes.
Add the eggs and melted butter.
Add salt, vanilla and gradually add the flour, knead the dough. Put it in a warm place to approach.
Then tear off pieces of dough and roll out a small pellet, in the centre of which put a glass, and on the sides make cuts.

Spread the florets on a baking tray lined with paper. Allow to rise in a warm place. Then grease with a yolk.
