Ingredients for Casserole "Like pasta"
- Minced meat - 600 g
- Pasta - 300 g
- Onion - 1 piece
- Carrots - 1 piece
- Zucchini - 1 piece
- Soy sauce - 3 tbsp.
- Chicken egg - 2 PCs
- Milk - 150 ml
- Green onions - 1 Puig.
- Vegetable oil - 2 tbsp
Step by step instruction of cooking Casserole "Like pasta"
Prepare the products. Meat skip through Mincer. Wash vegetables and clean.
Put the mince in a bowl, add soy sauce, stir and leave for 15 minutes.
Cook the pasta. Chop the vegetables and fry separately in vegetable oil.
Begin "collecting" our casserole. Grease a deep form with butter and spread layers : pasta, half of ground beef, roasted onions, carrots. On the edge of the baking tray spread the pasta, like making bumpers.
Arrange the courgettes ( I have frozen, can get fresh), top with the remaining mince and pasta.
In a Cup whisk the eggs, add a pinch of salt, green onions and milk. All mix well. Pour this mixture our casserole. Cover with foil and put into the oven for 45-55 minutes at 150-170 degrees. 10-15 minutes before the end remove the foil to slightly brown the top.
Take out of the oven. Immediately served. Bon appetit!
