Fragrant seductive chicken and tease the appetite!
Ingredients for Chicken in pepper
- Chicken - 1200 g
- Sugar - 2 tsp.
- Black pepper - 2 tsp.
- Garlic - 2 the tooth.
- Tomato paste - 50 g
- Soy sauce - 1 tbsp
- Vinegar - 1 tbsp
- Mustard - 1 tbsp
Step by step instruction of cooking Chicken in pepper
I have portioned pieces was 5. Wash, dry with paper towel and make a few oblique cuts. Sprinkle 1 tsp sugar
Pepper pound together with the garlic.
In a bowl, mix tomato paste (I used homemade), mustard, vinegar, soy sauce, pepper, garlic and remaining teaspoon of sugar.
Put the chicken in the marinade, mix well, cover and place in refrigerator to marinate for 2-3 hours
After a time the chicken again, stir, transfer to a baking dish and spread the remaining marinade on top.
Form cover with foil and bake 35-40 minutes at t 200C. Then remove foil and bake another 10-15 minutes, until the chicken browned. As a chicken you can roast on the grill, just sprinkle marinated pieces a little vegetable oil before frying.
