To remove carp scales, gills, innards, rinse well and dry. Then make fairly frequent cuts on both sides.
In a blender combine the chopped dill, capers, juice of half a lime, mustard, Kikkoman soy sauce, olive oil and salt as desired.
Grind. The green sauce is ready.
