I offer you simple to prepare, but bold in the supply roll. Juicy and flavorful salmon with vegetables in perfect harmony with the delicate rice. This dish is perfect for a family dinner or for guests.

- Tomato - 300 g

- Soy sauce - 3 tbsp.
- Onion - 1 piece
- Broth - 1 l
- Turmeric - 1 tsp.
- Black pepper
- Vegetable oil
Step by step instruction of cooking Rice roll with salmon
Thoroughly rinse the rice (the last water should be transparent). Drain it in a colander to drain the water.
Finely chop the onion. In an ovenproof pan, pour a little vegetable oil and fry onion.
Then add the rice, stir, heat for 2-3 minutes (stirring occasionally).
In the hot vegetable broth, add the turmeric, stir.
Pour into pan with rice, cover with lid and put in a preheated (t=200 C) oven for 15-20 minutes to soak up the broth.
Cooked rice to cool until warm.
Fillet of salmon cut into small cubes, place them in a bowl, pour soy sauce Kikkoman, mix gently and leave for 15 minutes.
Cut the tomatoes into small cubes. In a pan pour a little vegetable oil, put the tomatoes and chopped dill. Simmer for 10 minutes.
Pieces of salmon is marinated, place them in a pan with a little vegetable oil, add finely chopped garlic and fry for 1-2 minutes.
Add fish stewed tomatoes. Salt and pepper to taste. Mix well.
Round baking dish with a hole ( d=25 cm) grease with butter and vystelit baking paper. Spread three quarters of rice. You need to crush the rice to form the sides and bottom. The center put the fish and close the remaining rice, lightly compacted.
The shape of such a diameter I have not found, had to use the pan.
Bake in preheated oven (t=170) for 15-20 minutes.
Give the loaf to cool slightly, cut with a knife on the sides, cover with a plate and gently turn.
