The preparation of this dish takes no longer than 15 minutes (not including the time needed for marinating meat). Tasty and fast.

Meat wash, dry and cut into thin slices. To prepare the marinade: tomato RUB on a small grater peeled. In a bowl, mix soy sauce (preferably TM "Kikkoman"), 1st. L. butter, sugar, lemon juice, a pinch of spices, finely chopped parsley and grated on a fine grater ginger. Add the tomato puree. Onion cut into half rings and marinate with the meat for at least 30 minutes.
Remove the meat with a fork from the marinade, pressing lightly to drain excess marinade. Mushrooms rinse water to drain fluid.
In a pan pour 1tbsp. spoon oil and heat well. Fry the pork slices over high heat, stirring, about 2 minutes.
Add mushrooms and fry another minute.
Pour into the pan the marinade with the onions. Fry for about 10 minutes, stirring constantly. During this time, the amount of marinade significantly reduced and become caramelizing it slightly, which will give the meat and onions a unique taste.
Serve the dish hot with potatoes, rice or pasta, and fresh vegetables.
