- Yeast - 1 tsp.
- Milk - 150 g
- Sugar - 1 tsp.
- Chicken egg - 1 piece
- Sour cream - 2 tbsp
- Vinegar - 1 tsp.
- Sunflower oil - 3 tbsp.
- Flour - 500 g
- Leavening agent - 1 tsp.
- Vanilla sugar - 1 package.
- Butter - 50 g
- Marmalade - 150 g
- Raisins - 50 g
- Chocolate milk - 30 g
- Water - 100 ml
- Topping pastry
- Sunflower seeds
- Yolk egg - 1 piece
Step by step instruction of cooking Easter puff pastry with marmalade
100 ml of milk add the yeast, sugar, stir and leave for 5 min.
In a bowl put the egg, sour cream, sunflower oil and vinegar
Stir with a whisk and add water.
Then sow the flour, add baking powder, vanilla
And at the end pour the yeast coming up.
Knead soft dough, cover with cling film and leave for an hour in a warm place.

Divide the dough into 5 parts
