Ingredients for Poppy seed buns
- Flour - 700 g
- Yeast - 1 package.
- Milk - 300 ml
- Chicken egg - 2 PCs
- Butter - 70 g
- Sugar - 5 tbsp
- Vanilla - 1 g
Step by step instruction of cooking Poppy seed buns
In warm milk dissolve 2 tbsp flour (stir with a whisk), add a pinch of sugar and a sachet of yeast "SAF-moment". Wait until the dough taposiris
In flour, add salt, sugar, vanilla, and pour in the yeast mixture and add the eggs
