This dish was prepared and photographed by my husband. Says that was such a delicious knuckle, which he ate in a restaurant of Prague.
Ingredients for The shank from the spouse
- Knuckle - 1 piece
- Soy sauce - 3 tbsp.
- Mustard - 2 tsp.
- Bay leaf - 3 PCs
- Allspice - 6 PCs
- Greens - 1 Puig.
- Garlic - 2 the tooth.
Step by step instruction of cooking The shank from the spouse
1. Pork wash under running water.
2. Put in a saucepan, cover with water, add salt, Bay leaf and pepper. Cook for 1.5 hours on low heat.
3. To get and cool.

4. Then, place the spices, grated garlic and chopped parsley.
