- Minced meat - 500 g
- Potatoes - 1 piece
- Onion - 1 piece
- Soy sauce
- Egg white - 1 piece
- Cheese - 200 g
Step by step instruction of cooking Cutlets with stuffing
In the beef add the chopped onion and grated raw potato, pour in soy sauce "Kikkoman" and add the peppers, stir. If the meat juicy enough - pour a little water or milk (50-70 ml).
