Wash the meat dry and cut into small pieces.

All the spices to mix or to take a seasoning for meat. Add a pinch of sugar, it enhances the taste, 2 tbsp soy sauce and stir. Roll the meat in the sauce, the spices on all sides and place in a greased bowl in which you will bake.

Prepare the marinade. Slice the onion into rings.

Garlic finely chop. Parsley shred. Place it into a bowl.

Squeeze into a bowl the juice from the lemon, add the wine and chopped onion rings and stir. Let onions marinated for 10 minutes.

Preheat the oven to 200 degrees.
Marinade to pour over meat, onions and distribute meat too.

In sour cream add 1/2 tsp of sugar, a little salt and mix well. Spread sour cream on top in the marinade.

Cover the mold with the meat with foil and put in preheated oven, it should warm up. After 30 minutes lower the heat to 180 degrees and bake for another 20 minutes.

5 minutes before baking, sprinkle meat with grated cheese.
