- Flour - 1 kg

- Yeast - 1 cat.
- Salt - 34 tsp.
- Vanilla - 1 cat.
- Raisins - 150 g
Step by step instruction of cooking Festive cakes
Take the ingredients for cake.
1.5 cups of warm milk add a little sand and dissolve the yeast, add half of the flour taken and put in a warm place. When the leavened dough will double in size, add salt, vanilla, egg yolks, softened butter (best to whip it with a mixer), add the beaten egg whites with a mixer, sand and remaining flour.
Put the dough in a warm place. When it rises by half, add the raisins and sort shapes ( 13 volume)
