- Salt - 1/2 tsp.
- Chicken egg - 1 piece
- Vegetable oil - 2 tbsp
- Water - 30 ml
- Yeast - 1 tsp.

In water, add yeast "SAF-moment," add a pinch of sugar, stir and wait until the foam
In the curd add salt, sugar, butter and egg, mix well.
Curd should not be very sour!
Pour in the cheese, the yeast, and start adding the flour
The number of flour - how much dough. It should be soft, tender texture similar to sand. The dough is put in a bag and leave at room temperature for 2 hours. It is not much raised - but as it should be.
Roll out the dough thickness of 0.5 cm and cut out circles.
In principle, in this form, they can already bake.
But I decided to make roses)))
Blend 5 slices overlap, turn the roll, the roll is cut in half. Get 2 roses
Put them on a baking sheet and immediately put in a cold oven.
Turn it 160 degrees - bake until Golden color
Here they are in baked form. You can sprinkle with powder, to decorate with icing or as I like to lubricate with liquid honey and sprinkled with fine sugar
