Step by step instruction of cooking Cake "Slavic" with galichnik cream

Beat with a mixer eggs (room temperature to let the sugar dissolve faster) with sugar and salt for about 8 minutes. Weight needs to brighten, increase in volume. Add lemon zest (optional).
