Step-by-step instruction of cooking Easter cottage cheese


Step 1

Double-wipe through a sieve cottage cheese.


Step 2

RUB butter with sugar until white, adding one yolk. Rubs to the complete solubility of sugar crystals and aromatizer vanilla. It is better to use a mixer-first with a nozzle for mixing and whipping.


Step 3

To add mass, as well as the raisins and chopped nuts in grated cheese. Mix thoroughly.


Step 4

Whisk in the cream. Then enter them in the cheese mass, stirring from top to bottom.


Step 5

The resulting mass fill in a form with slightly damp gauze.


Step 6

Close gauze on top of the form.


Step 7

Put under a form a pallet, in my case an ordinary bowl, cover it with a yoke (I always use plain dish) and sent to 12 hours in the refrigerator.


Step 8

Before serving, remove the pan and the yoke disclosed cheesecloth, put a plate on top, turn over with it a form, gently lift the form up and finally remove the gauze. If desired, you can sprinkle coconut flakes-the flavor becomes more delicate and airy! Easter ready!
