This is one of the most delicious cakes I have ever tasted. Crisp, delicate, airy... he will not leave anyone indifferent.

- Milk ghee - 0.5 l
- Sugar - 0.5 kg
- Chicken egg - 5 PCs
- Butter - 250 g
- Yeast - 16 g
- Raisins - 400 g
- Salt - 1/2 tsp.
- Vanilla - 1/3 tsp
- Dry white wine - 2 tbsp
Step by step instruction of cooking Cakes for baked milk
Dissolve the yeast SAF-Moment in the warm scalded milk.
Add 200 g sugar, 100 g flour. Stir and leave in a warm place.
Then add the eggs...
... melted butter.
Raisins stew and dry.
Add to the dough raisins, vanilla, salt, wine... (the presence of alcohol in the dough makes the finished product more crumbly). Pour gradually the flour, until it looks like this dough. Which is put in the heat for an hour.
