Salad in a hurry, preparing for literally 20 minutes! Very hearty and delicious
Ingredients for Bean salad with mushrooms
- Beans - 1 ban.
- Mushrooms - 250 g
- Onion - 1 piece
- Parsley - 1/2 Puig.
- Dill - 1/2 Puig.
- Garlic - 3 tooth.
- Vegetable oil - 20 ml
- Salt - 10 g
- Allspice - 10 g
Step by step instruction of cooking Bean salad with mushrooms
Clean and chop the onion cubes
Put onion into a pan with a small amount of vegetable oil. Oil need a moderate amount, depending on the size of the bulbs
Once the onions have roasted put it in a salad bowl.
Begin to fry the mushrooms. Season them with salt and pepper to taste
While the fried mushrooms wash and chop greens, peel garlic. I take about 3-4 cloves for my taste perfectly
Open and drain the beans. Once the mushrooms are ready add it to the pan. Remember that the beans are ready and we need it just to warm up.
Beans and mushrooms put in a bowl to the onions. Add the greens and garlic, mix well and allow to stand for 2 minutes, in order that the beans have absorbed the flavor of herbs and garlic.
