Halibut with tomatoes, olives and oregano

For this recipe you can prepare any white fish, a maximum of half an hour, and a delicious dinner on the table! Something turns out an average between the first and second dish: tender fish with a flavorful broth.
Ingredients for Halibut with tomatoes, olives and oregano
- Fish - 500 g
- Olives - 1/2 stack.
- Thyme - 4 PCs
- Oregano - 1 tsp.
- Tomato - 6 PCs
- Garlic - 3 tooth.
- Dry white wine - 1/2 stack.
- Olive oil - 2 tbsp
- Soy sauce - 1 tbsp
- Broth - 0.5 l
Step by step instruction of cooking Halibut with tomatoes, olives and oregano
In a large frying pan on среднеv heat, heat olive oil, add chopped garlic and lightly fry for a few seconds.
Add the wine and evaporate half, about 2 minutes. Add cut in half or into 4 parts the tomatoes, broth, olives. Bring to a boil and cook, stirring occasionally, until a slight softening of tomatoes, 8 minute.
Fish season with salt and pepper. Place the fish in the sauce.
Add soy sauce, Kikkoman. Cover and reduce heat to low.
Add the oregano and thyme. Cook them until the fish is cooked, 4-6 minutes.
Lay the fish portions on plates, pour over the fish sauce and serve. Bon appetit!
