Spicy cake with chocolate drops

The recipe of this cake lies for several years. I chose it because I love chocolate and various spices. The cake turns out tender and flavorful. And it does not dry the structure. Anyway, I baked cakes for the first time, and you know, I really liked it!
Ingredients for Spicy cake with chocolate drops
- Flour - 750 g
- Chicken egg - 2 PCs
- Butter - 200 g
- Sugar - 1 Cup.
- Vanilla sugar - 1 package.
- Salt - 1/4 tsp
- Cardamom - 1/2 tsp.
- Chocolate milk - 1 package.
- Orange zest
- Yeast - 2.5 tsp.
- Milk - 1 Cup.
Step by step instruction of cooking Spicy cake with chocolate drops
Butter, all sugar, salt and RUB the eggs white in a large bowl. Add the cardamom (you can even add saffron for color).
Add in a bowl milk. Sift the flour and most of the add to the resulting mass. Give everything a good stir.
The rest of the flour mixed with yeast.
Knead the dough and leave for 1 hour in a warm place to rise.
With orange to remove the zest. Over time add fillers - chocolate drops (chocolate, probably, and more), raisins, citron.
Otavin the dough for another half hour alone in a warm place.
Spread the dough forms, I got 4 paper forms. Leave for another hour for proofing and after baking in preheated oven for one hour at 160 degrees.
