Chickpeas soaked in cold water for at least 4 hours. This is best done at night, periodically changing the water. Chickpeas use a TM "Mistral" it is beautiful and the taste and form, not mushy. After soaking the chickpeas, fill with cold water, put on fire and cook for 10 mins on high heat and 50 min. on low heat. Ready rinse chickpeas under cold water.
Tuna, I used canned mash into small pieces with a fork, if you serve like me, if in a common bowl, you can leave pieces. You can use baked tuna.
In a salad bowl combine the chickpeas, tuna and apples. Add salt to taste and pepper. Season with olive oil, my tuna was in oil so the butter and salt I added.
