The main thing in the salad? That's right - the filling! Offer you a simple salad of vegetables and beans with a fragrant dressing of camelina oil!!!
Ingredients for Salad with beans and Ryzhikova oil
- Beans - 5 tbsp
- Beets - 1 piece
- Carrots - 1 piece
- Corn - 4 tbsp
- Chicken egg - 1 piece
- Vinegar - 2 tsp.
- Honey - 1 tsp.
- Vegetable oil - 6 tbsp.
- Black pepper
Step by step instruction of cooking Salad with beans and Ryzhikova oil
To prepare the salad we need red kidney beans from "Mistral"
Soak it for an hour in water and cook until tender, add salt at the end, throws in a colander and let cool
Cut into cubes of cooked beets, add to it the boiled beans and a little saffron oil, stir to stained the rest of the salad
Coarsely chop the carrots, add the corn
This also add kidney beans with beets
For the filling mix the balsamic vinegar, salt, honey and saffron oil. If desired, add ground pepper
Decorate with slices of eggs and greens. If you want the egg you can cut straight to the salad
