- Breast of duck - 800 g
- Sauce-marinade - 2 tbsp

- Vegetable oil
- Butter - 50 g
- Sesame oil - 1 tbsp
- Ginger - 1 tsp.
- Green onions - 1 Puig.
- Lemon juice - 1 tbsp
- Vinegar - 2 tbsp
- Soy sauce - 3 tbsp.
- Cilantro - 1 Puig.
- Potatoes - 500 g
Step by step instruction of cooking Duck "Prefecture"
To prepare the duck, take the duck breast. The breast meat is to wash and carefully dry with paper towel.
Prepare the marinade with soy sauce "Kikikoman".
Pour the duck with a marinade made from soy sauce "Kikkoman" sauce-Teriyaki marinade "Kikkoman", sesame oil, rice vinegar and ginger.
