For the dough take the yeast SAF-Moment.

I kneaded the dough using the bread machine. In a bucket, pour warm milk, add the sifted flour, sour cream, vinegar, dry yeast "SAF-Moment," honey, salt, sugar, egg.

While the dough rises, prepare the filling. Finely chop the spinach (both fresh and frozen) and mix with cottage cheese, grated cheese and raw eggs.
