Sabayon with fruits

Zabaione is a simple Italian dessert dish drink. It is based on whipped egg yolks with sugar, to which you then add any wine (I use champagne).

Step by step instruction of cooking Sabayon with fruits

Separate the egg yolks add the sugar and whisk until a homogeneous mass.

Шаг 2

Put in a water bath and slowly pour champagne (wine). Beat 10 minutes. The mixture should increase in volume and thicken.

Important: our Sabayon should not boil!

In a glass put pieces of fruit. Spread on top of prepared cream.
