Dissolve the yeast in warm milk.

Add zest and chocolate to the dough. Stir in the flour and leave in a warm place to approach.

Punch down the risen dough and put in greased form. I have a cake prepared in a small sauce pan and 12 in small silicone forms for cupcakes.
Give them some to come and bake at 180C until tender.

For the glaze, take 20-30 ml of orange juice and RUB with powdered sugar. Covered the cakes and top with decoration.
