Step 1

We will prepare the stuffing. I have homemade beef and homemade pork. Add the soy sauce Kikkoman, ginger three on a small grater, finely chopped onion, parsley, egg, garlic pepper, salt. Knead well the minced meat and leave to infuse with spices.

Peel the potato and grate. Wash with cold water from the extra starch.

Step 3

Add in potatoes, salt, garlic pepper, turmeric, 1 tbsp vegetable oil, 2 eggs and sesame seeds. all mix well.

Pour a little vegetable oil in a pan and form our nests.

From stuffing make flat patties, investing inside 1-2 slices of cheese ( depending on size).

The cutlets put into the nest, sprinkle top with sesame seeds and put to bake in the oven preheated to 200 degrees.

35-40 minutes later (depends on the oven) our dish is ready. Chicken should be completely done, the potatoes fried.

The taste of the chicken turns very interesting due to the Kikkoman sauce, ginger and herbs.
