Butter horns with jam

Ingredients for Butter horns with jam
- Water - 50 ml
- Yeast - 1 Pach.

- Yogurt - 250 g
- Sugar - 3 tbsp.
- Salt - 1/4 tsp
- Butter - 100 g
- Flour - 550 g
- Brown sugar - 5 tbsp
- Jam - 100 g
Step by step instruction of cooking Butter horns with jam
As you may have guessed, we will use the yeast SAF-MOMENT.
Dissolve yeast in warm water. Add the egg yolks, yoghurt, sugar, salt and melted (cooled) butter.
