Prepare the products.
Rinse the lentils with cold water and boil. Cook for 10-15 minutes on low heat.
Wash and peel vegetables and herbs. Cut the potatoes and carrot cubes. Cauliflower disassemble on inflorescences. Onions and greens finely chop.
Add to the lentils cubed potatoes. Cook for 7-10 minutes.
Then add the cauliflower and cook for 5-7 minutes.
In a pan pour vegetable oil, spread the onions and carrots. Quickly fry. In the end add tomato paste, stir. Fry the vegetables for another 1-2 minutes and remove from heat.
Now, add the fried vegetables into the soup. Mix well. Add the greens and salt. Give the soup to boil and remove from heat.
