Quince remove skin.
Trim the flesh from the bones. Cut into pieces.
Sauté in butter.
Chicken meat cut into slices.
Fry in butter until Golden color, add the cream. Simmer for 15 minutes.
Add to the chicken the quinces, then another 5 minutes.
Serve chicken with quince rice, watering sauce.
