Tender, flavorful biscuits with coconut flavor and slightly sirinkoy. A lovely addition to tea and coffee.

- Butter - 100 g
- Sugar - 200 g
- Lemon peel - 2 PCs
- Lemon juice
- Chicken egg - 2 PCs
- Leavening agent - 2 tsp.
- Flour - 300 g
- Coconut shavings - 150 g
- Powdered sugar
Step by step instruction of cooking Coconut cookies with lemon zest
Softened butter well rubbed with sugar. You can beat with a mixer.
Add eggs, zest lemons, and then whisk until smooth.
In a separate bowl sift flour, baking powder and salt.
Cover a baking sheet with baking paper, shape the meatballs with a diameter of 3-4 cm (the dough is very well molded). Can balls flatten slightly (optional). Each ball dip them in the powder and spread on the prepared baking sheet.
Bake cookies for 20-25 minutes in a preheated oven at a temperature of 155 degrees.
