- Vegetable oil - 50 ml
- Salt - 1 tsp.
- Sugar - 4 tbsp
- Yeast - 11 g
- Cinnamon - 0.5 tsp.
- Ginger - 0.5 tsp.

Step by step instruction of cooking Bun with filling

In warm milk add salt, sugar, yeast. Mix well. Pour half a Cup of flour, stir and leave for 15 minutes in a warm place

Add restofline oil, spices, egg, and protein from a second egg. Mix thoroughly and add the remaining flour. Knead the dough. Add the vegetable oil, a little more to knead the dough and leave it for 1,5 hours in a warm place.

Divide the dough into small kolobochki, roll each quite thin. Put in the center of your favorite toppings. I have jam and dried lime.
