Ingredients for Turkish pide with cheese
- Yeast - 5 g
- Chicken egg - 1 piece
- Sour cream - 1 tbsp
- Sunflower oil - 1 tbsp
- Flour - 450 g
- Salt - 1 tsp.
- Sugar - 1 tsp.
- Water - 200 ml
- Minced meat - 350 g
- Onion - 1 piece
- Pepper - 1 piece
- Pasta pepper - 1 tbsp
- Black pepper
- Sunflower oil
- Dutch cheese - 150 g
Step by step instruction of cooking Turkish pide with cheese
In a bowl put sour cream, egg, sunflower oil
Sow the flour and add the yeast.
