- Milk - 3 tbsp.
- Bread crumbs - 50 g
- Walnuts - 5 PCs
- Chicken fillet - 150 g
- Black pepper
- Garlic - 1 tooth.
- Cheese - 70 g
- Soy sauce - 1 tsp.
Step by step instruction of cooking Rolls with cheese and chicken filling
Eggs, flour, soy sauce and milk, whisk until smooth.
In a pan large diameter, heat a little vegetable oil and make 2 thin omelettes, fry them on both sides. Fold the omelettes on top of one another and cut lengthwise into 5 strips of equal width.
Cut the boiled chicken fillet into small pieces, add cream cheese, soy sauce, grated garlic, pepper and mix thoroughly.
Each strip of omelet over filling, on one edge put diced walnuts and roll in a tight roll. Roll all sides in bread crumbs, place in a roasting tray, greased with a thin layer of vegetable oil.
Sprinkle the rolls with grated cheese, bake in preheated oven 20-25 minutes at 180 degrees Celsius until Browning. The dish is tasty and hot, and cold.
