In this salad, 12 main ingredients – hence the name. For the first time this salad I tried at a Chinese restaurant, and it was called "the Nine treasures". I added some more components, and the number grew to twelve. But don't worry – it is easy to prepare and absolutely not heavy on the stomach.

1. Soy asparagus pre-soak in water for about four hours. It can be done the day before.

2. Squid peel, wash. In the water, toss in a Bay leaf, pepper and cloves. Boil for 5 minutes.
Then in this spicy broth to boil the squid for one minute. Remove with a slotted spoon. The broth is drained.

3. In the boiling broth to throw the asparagus in literally 15-20 seconds. It will absorb all the flavor.

10. Rice noodles, pour boiling water for 5 minutes. Drain the water, dry. Not cut very long pieces (8-10 cm).

12. Now make the filling. To do this, take soy sauce, vegetable oil, sesame oil, lemon juice and sugar.

13. Put all the ingredients in a small jar and vigorously shake it. The dressing is ready. Try, adjust the taste. Dressing should be a pleasant sweet-sour taste. Dressed salad, stir.
