Pita to lay on the table, spread the entire surface of the cheese, spread out along the top of the pita bread washed and dried lettuce leaves, along the pieces of fish in a checkerboard pattern, sprinkle with dill and tightly roll it up, pack in cling film and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
Before serving, cut into rolls and put on a plate. Looks very nice.
