Step by step instruction of cooking Chebureks

Knead all ingredients for the dough.
The dough turned out hard and not sticking to hands.

Mix pork with beef, add water, coarsely chopped onion and season to taste.

Roll the dough into a snake and cut into portions which approximately want (I have both).
