Like ordinary pancakes, but I should add something, acquire a new taste and quality. Very savoury pancakes, a nice flavor of cheese is distributed on the entire kitchen, and the addition of zucchini adds richness and freshness. Plain and simple Breakfast, and it turns out very tasty.

- Milk - 200 ml
- Beer - 100 ml
- Chicken egg - 2 PCs
- Sugar - 1 tsp.
- Salt - 0.5 tsp.
- Flour - 1 Cup.
- Soda - 0.25 tsp
- Cheese - 100 g

Step by step instruction of cooking Cheese mini pancakes with full sun
Grate cheese on a fine grater. I took two kinds of cheese.
Egg whisk with sugar and salt.
Whisking constantly slowly pour in the hot milk.
Add flour with baking soda, quickly stir, to avoid lumps.
Add beer or water (beer is much tastier). Mix well. The dough should get a little thicker than for ordinary pancakes.
Add cheese to the dough and let the dough rise for 30-40 minutes.
Zucchini clean from the skin and seeds and RUB on a coarse grater.
It took me somewhere a little less than half of a small zucchini.
The pan to reheat, sprinkle with oil, pour a little dough, doing everything as normal pancakes, but they will be a little thicker.
Take a little grated zucchini and sprinkle on top of the poured into the pan the dough.
Bake as usual on one side, turn over to the other, bake, fold the stack. Then we eat with pleasure.
